Our 2010 Health & Beauty Media Event is a tabletop exhibition that allows you one-on-one interface with some of the top media interested in women's health and beauty products and services. Exhibitors will showcase new products through exhibits and demonstrations.

When and where is the show?

October, 2010, 11:30 - 3:30pm
Marriott Marquis Times Square, New York


This is a tabletop show. Each exhibitor will have a skirted 6' or 8' table. They will be allowed to ship samples, table signs, press kits, literature or any other show support materials directly to the hotel. Technology and/or electrical needs are also available from the hotel.

As an exhibitor your package includes:

Who attends?

Media with offices in New York City and surrounding areas are invited to this event. Past events have had attendees from "O" Oprah Magazine, Ladies Home Journal, Consumer Reports, Good Housekeeping, EPSN The Magazine, Domino, Everday With Rachel Ray, Men's Health, People, Better Homes & Garden, Woman's Day, Real Simple, Family Circle and many others

Is there a limit on show reps or products?

Generally 2 reps for a 6' table and 3 reps for a 8' table is fine. There are no limits on the number of NEW products an exhibitor can show.

Why do journalists attend?

Journalists walk the event because its a quick way to view different company offerings and get the full attention of exhibitors.

What is the cost?

The cost to showcase as many products as you like at your table starts at $1,250. If you are an advertising agency or manufacturer and would like to arrange for multiple tables please contact us for special pricing.

Standard Space: $1,250 Includes 6 foot table, inclusion in our magalog and e-zine.

Premium Space: $1,750 Large 8' table, premium location in show venue, inclusion of literature in our "press bags", inclusion in magalog and e-zine.
